Understanding the Emotional Component of the Conscious Oncology Wheel
Last week I covered the physical component of healing cancer, and today, I’m breaking down the emotional component of the Conscious Oncology Wheel.
As you’ll remember from last week, the Conscious Oncology Wheel outlines the four essential components of healing cancer to bring the body back into balance.
This approach is unique because to heal the root cause of cancer, you can’t solely focus on one component of the wheel, you must address all of them.
In today’s video, I’ll cover the emotional component of the wheel which includes processing your emotions and releasing emotional trauma.
Many of us carry emotional imprints in the body from many years prior that we don’t even realize are there. Processing through old emotions and becoming more emotionally fluent in your day-to-day life is a critical component in healing cancer.
