Today I sit down with Sigma Creator of the Love Tuner, a simple tool that helps people access the 528 frequency known as the Love Frequency. Dr. Katie Deming: I am excited today to be joined by Sigma Berg from Love Tuner. Sigma, welcome. Thank you for being here.
Sigmar Berg: Katie, thank you so much having me on your show. Looking forward to have an exciting conversation.
Dr. Katie Deming: Awesome. So this episode is all about the love frequency and you have brought a product to market that helps people access that and use it for healing. And what I would [00:02:00] love to start. By having you explain how you got into this, how did you develop the love tuner? What was the impetus behind all of this?
Just to start out so that people understand your story and where you've come from.
Sigmar Berg: So when, when,~ uh,~ I got involved with, um, first it was the frequency and then later on the love tuner, but I was already on a pass. I started meditating a couple of years before prior, and then I did a guided meditation. a sound meditation with breastwork. ~Uh, ~and,~ uh,~ we've been listening to 528 hertz and it was one of the most profound meditations I have experienced.
And everything what came after was just like, you know, I would not say coincident, but it was kind of guided. And when we started Love Tuner,~ uh,~ we have been a very small team and I think nobody really understood because it's now 10 years ago,~ uh,~ over 10 years ago. Nobody really understood what the journey [00:03:00] actually is, what really 528 hertz means.
And it was something where we understood that it helps people to relax, that it's a very powerful healing frequency. But it's, it's so much bigger because it's like literally a divine frequency and when you align with this frequency, it just restructures your entire system. And so the very early stages that we did was like the basic physical reaction where we looked into what does 528 hertz do to water because our body is like whatever 70, 75 percent water, our blood is 91 percent water.
So, Anytime when you expose a body to this frequency, something happens. And it's similar to what it does in water. And when you look under the microscope,~ um,~ you expose water to 528 Hz, and it restructures to the original hexagonal crystal shape of, whatever, spring water. And and this it does in your [00:04:00] body.
So this is the physical reaction. It aligns your water molecules. It gives you the feeling of relaxation. And but on this journey, we just learned so much more. And what the left unit does is also it connects. Connects it to your breath work. So you do a conscious breathing exercise, you connect to this frequency and on the spiritual level, you invite love in your life.
And we all know that love is one of the highest frequencies we can achieve and it's the biggest healer and I mean, I know your work. I checked you out obviously and in and that's what it is, you know, when it comes to getting sick. It's all about a lack of love and that, that's, that sounds very, I mean, some people that are sick would say, listen, that's not true, but I know it is because it's also the root cause of every disease and it starts in your, in your spiritual field and it comes into your life.
subtle body and then [00:05:00] it manifests in, yeah, in your physical body. That, that's just how frequency, resonance, and all, all the good stuff works. And,~ uh,~ the good thing is we can decide what we are in resonance and what we are in dissonance.
Dr. Katie Deming: Yes. So I love that. And you're speaking my language with talking about water. Everyone on this podcast knows that I am fascinated with water and you're absolutely right. Our bodies, we are walking bodies of water. And if we look at our bodies by molecules, 99. 9 percent of the molecules in our body are water.
So, and this is actually. All of the work that I do and all these different areas of helping people align themselves are really about cleaning out their water and getting the water into that structured phase, the hexagonal form that you described,~ um,~ easy water as Dr Pollock would describe it. But basically we are bodies [00:06:00] of water.
And so I love that you bring this. The frequency, the 528 frequency and explaining how that affects the water in ourselves, because it's basically everything. And you're absolutely right. Like there is only love, right? All the other stuff, the fear, all of that is lack of love. And this, the 528 frequency, my mentor, who's a spiritual teacher.
This is. Everything that he talks about is all about embodying love and when he talks about 528 frequency all of the time, and he says, it's not just about, you know, finding a meditation that has a 528 frequency, it's about embodying that frequency, that that is where health is created, that is where well being is created, and disease is just lack of that.
So I love that you, I love that you brought those two together. I'm so excited to talk to [00:07:00] you because I feel like we are so aligned in the things that,~ um,~ you're doing and then the things that I'm doing. And, you know, sound is the basis of the universe, right? So bringing this 528 frequency into our bodies and into, you know, affecting our water is, is so profound.
So I wonder if you could talk a little bit about the love tuner itself and like, how do people use this? What is, what is the way. That you envision this being used and specifically my audience are many people who are healing their bodies,~ um,~ and they've experienced cancer, but they're looking to bring healing into their bodies.
How would someone use a device like the love tuner to help with that goal?
Sigmar Berg: I mean, first of all, why we came out with this tool and why we think it's so important it is it's it's for everyone. It's not like you don't have to be spiritually [00:08:00] advanced and, you know, have all the knowledge and channel yourself and be a medium or have been read all the guru books in the world. What it does is basically it's a physical reaction and it's a simple tool.
So I have it around my neck here. It's actually, there's like a little, ~um, ~flute and it's calibrated to 528 Hertz. You put it in your mouth. Sometimes I know it on the podcast. It doesn't pick up the frequency, but what do you do? You inhale and you exhale through this tuner. It makes the sound, you do it six times and you basically try to.
Get out of your head into your heart. So you stop the thought process. ~Um, ~you, you go into heart coherence and that, that's the whole thing. And the more you do it, as we just talked about water in the cellular structure, it restructures your entire system. And, and the most important thing, what it does it, it brings you to the understanding about frequency and vibration.
And if you understand [00:09:00] that there's good frequencies out there, you also know that there's bad frequencies out there. And the thing, what I often see is that people are not consciously aware of bad frequency. I mean, we all have it on us. We have a cell phone, we have wifi, we have so much stuff. And then we wear shoes that have just rubber soles.
So we are not what we should be. And, and when you talk about cosmos and universe and,~ uh,~ I mean, we, we are an electromagnetic being. So the sun is electric. The earth is magnetic. And sometimes we need to take our shoes off. Go outside, ground, hug a tree, and when you tune on top of it, that's actually, that's real healing.
But, uh, you don't have to go all the time outside and take your shoes off. You can do this anywhere, anytime. You do this breathing cycle six times. Close your eyes. Just try to relax and, and just exhale as long as you can and stay in this frequency. Then inhale, and then the very end of the six cycles, [00:10:00] you give yourself like 30 seconds because the real power is actually in the silence.
And when the silence kicks in, you have a full on reset, you're balanced, you have a new perspective. And then you go back to whatever you have been doing before. And, and, you know, like, and just do it in a better mood, balanced. And, and that's what it is. And this is already,~ um,~ the step to healing. And, and the most important thing is that you do it consciously, like that you get really in a routine.
So not only do it when you go like, Oh, anxiety is coming up or, or whatnot. So like literally retune your body because when somebody is sick or gets sick, what they have been doing, they did it for a long, long time. You know what I mean? So, and the healing mortality is no matter how powerful they are. They take also their time, you know, it will give you an instant release.
It will, you know, get rid of your stress. You will get rid of your anxiety, but to have a [00:11:00] profound experience, you need to keep on doing it. And, and you basically. you know, retune yourself and you become a new you. So, and this is how it works. I don't know if it picks it up.
So you make this tone and it's not a competition, but you should try to have a long exhale. It's, it's, it's not a casu. It's not like where you just whistle like a crazy person. You make a low, low audible tone. You connect your exhale to this frequency. And, and then you build a stronger lung volume. It helps you to improve your immune system.
So it's, it's an overall great, great exercise and it doesn't take any time. And, and as I said, you don't have to be, you know, learning how to meditate. It's, it's, it's also in a meditative state. It's like, It's a tool that makes meditation easy because the tone focuses you, the breastwork does its part, and the frequency, as we said, it's, it's the so called magic or the divine frequency.
Dr. Katie Deming: Beautiful. Well, and I'm glad that you mentioned that [00:12:00] about the breath. Like it's not a competition of how long, cause I, when I first got my love tuner and I was looking through the instructors instructions, and I guess maybe I am competitive by nature, but I was like, okay, how long can I exhale through, you know, through this.
And,~ um,~ so I think I love how you just said that it's just like six breaths through there, you know, in the, but over time, if you do this, That that will increase your lung capacity and that hopefully you can, or you will be able to exhale longer through the love tuner, but it's not like when you first get it, that that's the goal.
It's it's really just getting into the frequency and consistency. I love that. You bring that up because this is one of the things is that. Practices like this of using your breath, using frequency, using meditation are a way of being right. And we're bringing this into our life. It's not something we do only as a rescue when we're in anxiety.
This is a way to help keep yourself. [00:13:00] In a calm parasympathetic state and out of that, you know, sympathetic reaction, rather than you can use these tools to help you, you know, as a rescue, but it's going to be much more effective if you're embodying it as a practice in your life and using it on a regular basis.
So. And I have mine too. So I have one here as well. And actually I was selling Sigma before we got on the call that I had heard about it through my mentor that he was wearing one and he always talks about 528. And then he said, I even found, you know, this little tuner that you can tune your body with.
And so then when Sigma's team reached out to me, I was like, absolutely. Definitely want to have you on the show and talk about the tuner because,~ um,~ this is a tool that already,~ um,~ I knew about and, um, something that I had been using. So I love that. And I'm wondering if you can talk about, is there scientific evidence or data [00:14:00] around the use of 528 in healing or calming the body?
I'm just wondering what research or literature there is.
Sigmar Berg: Yeah, I mean, there's a lot of literature out there and,~ um,~ but we also need to be very conscious about why the 528 hertz frequency. first of all, even disappeared. So it's, it came back in a big revival in the eighties, then another frequency got discovered or made up basically. And, and that's the weird thing because we have been in absolutely harmony on a musical scale through hundreds and thousands of years.
And so, and our C note was always 520 hertz. And interesting enough, the most famous Laugh and Peace song in the world,~ uh,~ imagined from John Lennon, was composed in his key. And so he had this knowledge, and it's like there's a, There's a bunch of conspiracy behind it, but what is not conspiracy is that at the very end in the [00:15:00] 1930s, our frequency, our musical scale got adjusted and we changed the A tone from 444 hertz to 440.
So that made the C note disappear. And me and you know that western medicine and stuff that we created,~ um,~ does not really resonate with healing humans. And when you look at this musical scale and you go like, why would someone change a musical scale? To make this one very famous and one very profound healing frequency disappear.
So, you know what I'm saying? So that, that's, that's one thing what we have to see up front. And then, yes, there's a lot of,~ um,~ scientific proof out there. And it's, when you Google it, it sometimes goes like it's, it's Psytor. Science. It's not, you know, it's like quantum physics. It just works. It's just what it is.
~And, uh,~ and yes, there's a lot of stuff out there. It shows that [00:16:00] people can absolutely overcome addiction with this stuff. They can, they can heal. They can heal a lot of things, they can transform it. ~Uh, when this, um, uh,~ this oil crisis was in, in, in the Gulf, I, I can't remember. But you remember when, when this one oil platform basically exploded and, ~and, and,~
Dr. Katie Deming: The Valdez.
Sigmar Berg: yeah, exactly.
And,~ uh,~ there was a research team and they did an experiment with 528 Hertz on the beach and this frequency could literally separate. Oil from water. And I mean, and that's so crazy. And it's like, it's like. not that you don't even really hear about it. That's insane. Then we know we have tests on UCLA where people look into what the frequency does,~ uh,~ to alcoholism.
You know, it helps you literally to get over alcoholism. It splits down,~ um,~ the side products that make you addicted to alcohol in your body. I mean, and there's a lot of research out there. What [00:17:00] people don't even are not aware of it. And it does not get promoted enough. And, and I mean, we have seen it. ~Uh, ~I was tuning myself with thousands of people, either one on one or in seminars and whatnot.
And I've seen it and I have, I've seen all the feedback that we are getting where people literally say, listen, my life is changing, it keeps improving. and, and that, that's, for me, it's like. The most important thing. You know, when somebody tells you out of not even understanding what it is, you know, when you look into medication, it tells you exactly what it's doing.
But this is a magic frequency. So you need to be open to receive magic from the universe, you know, and it's not like a one tune does this to you. It's not a pill. You know, it's not like you take two pills. You can sleep better. It's like a thing, but everything that is sustainable, everything that really helps your body takes also time.
You know, like this is what I always say. People be consistent in it. Don't have too [00:18:00] many expectations. You can read up whatever scientific proof is out there, but you feel it on the first tune in your heart. You know, And, and, and there's some people that go like, oh, well, I didn't feel it because they think like, it's going to be an experience like ayahuasca would knocks them off their shoes, you know, ~and, uh,~ and I mean, there's a lot of good stuff to this kind of healing methodology too, but everything that really stays with you needs to be on a sustainable level, you know, like, every experiences you have this introduced from anything from the outside.
Will will fade away unless you keep on doing it constantly and constantly, but that's not what we should do. And there's like, there's this saying, I think we humans, we can get high on our own supply, you know, like whatever the body produces, all this good stuff. This is way better when you know how to produce this in your body.
within you, you know, and not like reaching on the [00:19:00] outside because yes, we believe in alternative medicine, but at one point it really comes down to how can you self regulate your body? How can you turn off the monkey mind? You know, how can you find heart coherence? And, and this is, I think the, the healing needs to start within as everything needs to Start within and like when you look on the outside, as Carl Jung says, you're a dreamer when you look inside, you awaken.
Dr. Katie Deming: Yeah, absolutely. Well, and I think that. You know, one of the things that you're speaking to there is this idea of having the experience, right? So having that experience of using something like this, you can feel it in your body, but it's not like a pill where you just take something and suddenly everything's better.
You know, that too all came to us in the 1930s. So it's not a coincidence that [00:20:00] the 528 frequency was kind of erased from the musical scale. And then we also had, you know, Western medicine come on the scene and, and really shift things. And now we had pills to just fix everything. And this is. A big part of my, you know, podcast is I left that system because I realized it was broken.
And now even in the all, you know, I, now I would, you know, consider myself in the holistic and maybe alternative space, but. More and more as I do this work, I realize it's less about the things. It's less about the treatments. It's more about how do we change our physiology to become more connected to who we truly are as human beings that are designed to be in connection with nature and with ourselves and with our breath and, and you really can heal yourself.
With, I mean, one of the things that I do is fasting with water, which is so [00:21:00] basic, right? You're just like not doing anything and the body will heal. And so I think this, this really speaks to me is it is so simple that people miss it. They want the fancy stuff. They want all of the bells and whistles and I can go and have all these treatments at these facilities.
But the truth is that. If we can bring ourselves back to the divine nature that we hold within us, anything is possible and you actually don't need all the other stuff. But but and in our essence is truly love. So bringing back to that. ~Um, ~and it is something that you. Only know it through experience. And I think this is the piece of, you know, doing practices like this is, it requires you to,~ uh,~ have patience.
Right? So taking something, doing something, and then realizing that it's going to take time. And I think this is one of the [00:22:00] hardest things that I've had to reconcile in my new practice is people want things to happen fast and true healing doesn't happen fast. It's a process. And like you said, it's taken years.
Like if someone is in, you know, gotten sick. It's not, it didn't happen overnight. It's been from decades of living the lifestyle that we're living. And that moving out of that and becoming truly well is also a process that's going to take time and consistency and patience and dedication to make those things happen.
But how simple, right? How simple that we can use our breath and then the frequency of love To heal our bodies and our minds and our souls, like all of it, you know, it's, it's,~ uh, ~it's really, I think,~ um,~ so simple and so profound that people miss it. Right. And this is why also it's like, it's not some fancy new pill.[00:23:00]
So the media is not covering it. Right. So it's like, we're not reading about the things that actually make us well in the media because someone's selling all those things that we see in the media. Right. It's like, you know, I just think that,~ um,~ There's so much that we're missing out on that, that is so simple.
So I love that. And I, I thank you for explaining that to people how, you know, not only is it about what this,~ um,~ you know, the evidence of what it's doing, but also what happened and, you know, that that's been, it was removed from our musical scale. And. And maybe that's a sign for us to look up and say, Oh, wow.
Like there's a reason why our world is making us sick, you know, and you may not know these statistics. My audience should know them if they've been listening to me, but one in two men and one in three women will get cancer in their lifetime in 2024. And that is radically different than it was even a hundred years ago.
It was like one in 33 people would get cancer in their lifetime. and this is where [00:24:00] I say to people, you know, When you're doing the same thing, you're not going to heal if we're doing the same things that have been made us sick. Right? So, and that's why now I've completely shifted away from the system is like the system is part of the problem of what's keeping us sick and the media and all of the information that we're getting.
Is not working for us. And so it requires radical shift and it's, it's quite simple bringing us back into ourselves. So, ~um, ~I just, I'm like, I love the simplicity of the tuner. I love this idea of, you know, using your breath. And I also, I hadn't heard that with,~ um,~ addiction. So I'm wondering if you could talk about some of the different conditions that you've seen the 528 frequency be helpful for.
For people just so that they can get a sense of it. Obviously, it helps us just in general. But if you have things that you can describe from different conditions.
Sigmar Berg: Yeah, like what you just earlier said, and this is like, I think that's all the bigger [00:25:00] picture is when does addiction even kick in? So we are living in a, in a, in a system and I, I, I mean, I'm European. I grew up in Europe and,~ um,~ and the American system was for me when I came here. ~Um, ~you know, I went to regular doctors again, and then I kind of forgot.
I said, not even in Europe. I ever went to a Western doctor, and they are very different. So they don't give you just steroids and antibiotics. They send you to do acupuncture to they do different stuff before they give you the real medicine. What what you should not take in the 1st place most times. Uh, so, but regardless, so this is what I recognize that the system here is very different.
You know, the, the, the doctors have way more liabilities. So if they step out of anything, what they. What the system doesn't provide them, they can risk their license and whatnot. So I, I saw this here pretty fast and I went like, okay, that's kind of scary, this system, but when you look into the [00:26:00] effects it has on humans, and this is the craziness is that knowingly, and now there's a lot of, you know, stuff in social media, it's not in the mass media, obviously, but people know already that the system is.
makes us sick. You know that the food we eat and you know, the air we breathe and whatnot. ~Uh, ~so, but we're still doing it, you know, and that's a crazy thing. Like, ~um, ~somebody is poisoning you and everybody just takes the poison going forward. And we just saddle with the thought about Okay, once in a lifetime, every second person gets cancer.
You know what I mean? I mean, just to think about this, where's this coming from? You know, we had hundred years ago, people have been living way harder lives, you know, working more and,~ uh,~ and we did not have this chronic diseases. So fast forward, we are only dealing with chronic diseases and what it does is it comes from people being disconnected.
And if you have a connection, do you want to call it to [00:27:00] God or,~ uh,~ or, or, or the source, whatever you want to name it, this connection is what we need. I mean, we all star seats and I just don't want to talk like a hippie right now, but that's really what it is. We all pure light, you know, we came in here, we are playing this game we call life and,~ uh,~ and unfortunately the light is not distributed equally here because there was a system created to keep certain people.
You know, out of the knowledge and that's what it is. And this is why not spreading the knowledge makes some people very, very powerful, very, very rich. And it goes, goes on the cost of, of the majority of people because no, and I'm not talking about poor people or rich people, whatever. It's our entire society and nobody's taken out of it because the pollution and the manipulation is so big right now.
Yeah. And, and the only thing what you can literally do is to wake up, like, wake up immediately, change your lifestyle. [00:28:00] And in a day, the best you like to really go like consciously, Hey, I cannot do this anymore. I find alternatives. And this is up to each and one of us. And there will be no change if we don't encourage people to be fully self empowered again.
You know, if you always go at the very end, yes, I do nine steps on alternative medicine, but when it comes to this, I go back to my doctor. And it's not that the doctor is a bad person, but he does not know better. You know what I mean? This is like going to the IRS and ask him, what are you owing? You know, what I'm owing, you know, like, it's like you have a CPA in between that gives you advice.
And, and now we need people to help us. To be their own advice. You know, to really go in there and go like, how do I feel? How do I feel when I eat this? How do I feel when I, when I do what I'm doing, how do I feel when I engage with this kind of people and how do I feel if I watch the news day [00:29:00] in, day out?
And then you just make this adjustments. You know, this is like when you introduce your body to new supplements. ~Um, ~you know, a lot of alternative doctors to say, take this supplement, wait it out. What it's doing. Okay. It's doing good. And another one, you know what I mean? Do one positive step after the other till you're really fine tuned in your lifestyle.
And this is not about Love Tuner because Love Tuner is, yeah, it's a great product. It helps you to connect fast. It helps you to relax. It helps you to create your, you know, get a better immune system. But what it should really do is to bring you into this coherence that you understand that you are your own master.
You write your story. You are your own creator, ~you know,~ and you create your reality. And when you have this, you can do whatever modality you need, you know, you can sit in meditation, you can do chanting, you can do whatever, ~you know,~ you get a kick out of it, but it just [00:30:00] means go back to your own core resonance, understand what is positive for you, what is in harmony and what is in dissonance.
And this is what each individual can do for themselves. And you cannot always push, you know, the decisions away. You're the creator, you decide.
Dr. Katie Deming: Absolutely. Yeah. And I think, you know, this is one of the things of the,~ um,~ the effects of living in a world that is so toxic and the things that we're exposed to is people are so, ~um, ~toxified and undernourished in the ways that we're designed to be, that they, they, they've lost sense of How they feel when they eat certain things.
And so this piece that you talk about is, is absolutely what I talk about when I work with clients of do one thing, see how your body responds. This is the other thing is that healing is. Very individual. We are all [00:31:00] unique individual beings. And this idea of protocols that you just do this one thing and everyone does the same thing is just not correct.
And so slowing it down, you know, removing something, seeing how you're doing with, you know, Changing just one thing at a time is so valuable because it starts to help people understand that they are their own healer, they are their own master, but we've gotten so just toxified that we've lost connection with that.
And it's intentional, like you said, that there is, you know, very, Powerful manipulation that's happening to keep us asleep to not wake up to who we actually are, but it, it requires us to slow down to get quiet, to pay attention to the food that we're eating and to listen to our bodies. And I think that.
And this is [00:32:00] something that I'm learning as I've stepped away from conventional medicine and in this different role is, you know, I realized that there's a lot of power in, you know, authority, right? And so people, when I would say something, they would just do it. Right. And now I realize, oh my goodness, I had this like completely backwards, but people wouldn't even question.
They would just do what I would say. And. It's very dangerous for us to be giving away our power to anyone. And now when I see clients, I'm always like, I am not the healer here. You're the healer. I'm just a guide to help give you kind of some direction of what your body is responding to so that as you're, You know, ~um, ~on your own healing journey, I can help you say, Oh, this, you know, maybe what's going on if you're experiencing this so that you can adjust, self adjust.
But I think, and, and, and one of the things [00:33:00] specifically when people are experiencing cancer is, In some ways, it's almost easier to defer your authority to someone else because I think people get scared like, well, how am I supposed to know? Like, I don't know what, but the truth is, is that you do know, you do know what feels good for your body.
You do know what makes you feel alive and connected and nourished and what makes you feel depleted. And that's one of the things that I really. I love that you said that is like, it's about taking your power back. It's about realizing that each one of us are very powerful, spiritual beings. That if we recognize it, anything is possible within the human body, anything.
But as long as we're deferring out and we're having other people tell us, you should just do this. And then we just blindly do it without paying attention to how our bodies are responding. [00:34:00] It is. You know, we get the same result, which is basically a society that's very sick. And so I think that I think it's really,~ um, ~a powerful message that you shared there, just about paying attention, getting quiet, you know, and that's what using.
You know, breath work is a way for us to quiet. I talk a lot about using your breath. You know, that's the first thing that I teach people when I work with them is the first thing we need to do is calm your nervous system because even if we did like detoxification and we gave you the right nutrients and we did a bunch of supplements, if your nervous system is just like completely in sympathetic activation.
The body can't heal there, right? The body is preparing to run or freeze. And so getting people out of that state is the number one thing. And your breath is always with you. This is a simple way to, you know, if you're ever feeling like overwhelmed and I can't,~ um,~ you know, I don't know what to do. [00:35:00] Very first thing to do is to connect with your breath, slow things down, pay attention to how you're feeling inside and you know, I teach people how to tune into their signals because there's evidence that shows people who cure their own illness through the radical remission data with Kelly Turner.
One of the things that they do is they use their intuition. Right. And we've been trained out of that. So all of that is just, I think really such an important message for people.
Sigmar Berg: Yeah, like what you just said with the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system. So when you do a breathing exercise and the laughter is just so simple because it gives you an audible feedback, how your breast work is doing, you know, you get right away a signal. And but what happens right away is it really disconnects and it takes you out of the fight and flight mode.
And, and we are still wild, like whatever in the Stone Age where the tiger comes around the corner and grabs us and we need to either fight or. Or flight, [00:36:00] and we're still wired in the same, but if we understand at one point that in our society, that's not necessary anymore, but we're still wired in this thing, then, you know, with breast work, you can really get into the state of mind where you feel instant relaxation.
And that's so simple. And, and press literally, it's when you think about when we have been children, and I had the luck to still have a grand grandma. And she always said to me, take a breath. And that's what it was, you know, and this is like, that's the key. And this is why so much later in my life, all this old knowledge and wise knowledges are coming back now.
And this is just what I tell people. I said, take a breath, you know, like use the tuner, tune, connect to the frequency, and this is the beginning of healing.
