There's a new episode on The Born to Heal Podcast titled “New Beginnings”.
There is something special about new beginnings. They offer us a chance to start fresh, to set aside the past and focus on the future. They provide us with hope and possibility, promising that anything is possible if we just take that first step.
Of course, new beginnings can also be scary. They are often accompanied by uncertainty and self-doubt. We may not be sure we are ready for what lies ahead. But that is part of the beauty of new beginnings – they force us to face our fears and overcome them. They remind us of our strength and resilience, and that we are capable of so much more than we realize.
On today's episode I'll be chatting with you about what's next in this new chapter in my life.
Stay tuned.
