Today, I'm sharing two videos on choosing the path less traveled with your health and how to start optimizing your water to support overall health and well-being.

The first video outlines the limitations of addressing health and healing from the mainstream, surface-level approach and why we must forge a new path toward the more integrative Conscious Medicine approach.

The second video is a special step-by-step tutorial on how I prepare my drinking water to support my health and well-being. 

If you read last month's Blog post on why the quality of your drinking water matters, you'll understand why clarifying and preparing your water is so important (hint: there are, unfortunately, pharmaceuticals, hormones, harmful contaminates like chlorine, and more in regular tap water that we drink).

Just remember that these are simply options to enhance your water, but at the end of the day, you don’t have to take all of these suggestions if they aren’t accessible to you right now.

The most important thing is that you are drinking enough water every day to avoid dehydration even if it isn’t optimally filtered or structured.
